Above $600 From the Lotto Headquarters Visit Helena headquarters during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays). In-person claims are first-come, first-served. Bring a signed winning ticket and a valid ID. Optionally, fill out the Winner Claim Form in advance.
Above $600 Claim by mailing in Mail winning tickets, completed claim form, and a clear photocopy of valid ID to Montana headquarters via U.S. mail. For added security, use certified mail.
