NeoGames, an iLottery and iGaming solutions company, has secured a new multi-year deal with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC). An extension of an existing agreement, it will make NeoGames the sole provider of New Hampshire’s iLottery program, effective July 1, 2025.

This announcement marks a major milestone for NeoGames, solidifying its position as a frontrunner in the iLottery market. The seven-year agreement, following the approval of New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu and the NHLC Executive Council, signifies a comprehensive upgrade for the NHLC’s iLottery offerings. NeoGames, an Aristocrat Interactive company, will provide a suite of tools and services designed to enhance player experience and drive program success.

The core of the agreement lies in NeoGames’ technology.

Players can expect a complete overhaul with the implementation of NeoSphere, the company’s advanced player account management (PAM) system. NeoSphere will streamline account creation, payment processing, and the overall user experience.

Draw-based game enthusiasts are expected to benefit from NeoDraw, NeoGames’ central gaming system (CGS) that ensures secure and efficient lottery draw operations.

“This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players. This partnership also allows us to significantly boost player engagement, supporting our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire public schools.”

      — New Hampshire Lottery Executive Director Charlie McIntyre

The agreement grants the New Hampshire Lottery access to a diverse game library. Players will have the opportunity to play instant win games developed by NeoGames Studio, known for its innovative titles. The partnership also incorporates content from Wizard Games, further enriching the game selection and catering to a wider range of player preferences.

NeoGames will also develop a new website and mobile app for the NHLC’s iLottery program. These platforms will be optimized for a seamless user experience across all devices, allowing players to participate in lottery games anytime, anywhere.

In addition, the partnership brings Gambyt’s expertise in loyalty programs to the table. A new loyalty program is designed to incentivize players and foster long-term engagement with the NHLC’s iLottery offerings.

      Personalized Engagement and Growth

The NHLC stands to benefit from NeoEngage, a sophisticated customer engagement solution. This tool leverages real-time data to deliver personalized offers and promotions. NeoEngage is expected to be a key driver in maximizing sales and player engagement for the NHLC’s iLottery program.

This expanded agreement builds upon a long-running collaboration between the NHLC and NeoGames. Since the NHLC launched its iLottery program in 2018, NeoPollard Interactive, a joint venture of NeoGames, has been a key partner, providing the Lottery with its iLottery platform, games, and various services.

This new agreement marks a significant evolution in the partnership, with NeoGames taking the lead role as the sole provider.
