Georgia Lottery Expands Digital Library Through Partnership With NeoGames
Complementing the lottery’s offerings from Diggi Games, NeoGames announced Tuesday its suite of eInstants will also be available in Georgia.

Georgia, one of the earliest adopters of online lottery sales, is adding to its menu of iLottery options. Complementing the Georgia Lottery’s long-running offerings from Diggi Games, NeoGames announced Tuesday that its suite of eInstants will also be available through the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to deliver our portfolio of eInstant games to the Georgia Lottery, one of the leading lotteries in the U.S.,” NeoGames Studio Managing Director Hili Shakked said. “I am confident that our range of premium eInstants, including titles that are exceptional performers in other U.S. states, will enhance the appeal of Georgia Lottery’s online offering.”
NeoGames, founded in 2005, has worked in the U.S. with lotteries in Michigan, New Hampshire, Virginia, and North Carolina, in addition to partnering with Caesars Entertainment on other tech-driven initiatives. The company says it also plans to expand into West Virginia and Pennsylvania this year.
“The Georgia Lottery Corporation is pleased to offer NeoGames Studio’s eInstants as a source of entertainment for our valued players,” added Georgia Lottery Corporation President and CEO Gretchen Corbin. “These new games are an excellent addition to our current Diggi Games portfolio, providing additional exciting experiences for our players.”
Corbin noted that proceeds from the Georgia Lottery benefit the state’s HOPE Scholarship program as well as pre-K education.
No shortage of iLottery games
NeoGames Studio’s library of eInstant games runs 74 deep, including such titles as Big Money Vault, Fortunes of Cleopatra, Blackjack Doubler, and Instant Keno.
Demo-play versions of the games are available, as are demo videos, through NeoGames’ website. Many of the games bear similarities to online slots offerings, even offering bonus rounds much like a typical slot.
These games now join the 98 Diggi Games titles available through the Georgia Lottery.
The minimum age to play lottery or iLottery games in Georgia is 18.
Georgia gaming history
The Georgia Lottery was created in November 1992, and 20 years later, in November 2012, launched online lottery sales — becoming the second state to do so, eight month behind Illinois. As of 2024, six states permit legal iLottery.
While lottery continues expanding in The Peach State, other forms of gambling have been extremely slow to follow.
Georgia does not have any casinos, commercial or tribal. The closest thing offered is the Emerald Princess Casino, a four-deck cruise ship that docks in Brunswick, Georgia and sails three miles off the coast into international waters, where it can offer legal gambling.
The legalization of sports betting remains a contentious issue in Georgia. The state has seen momentum in that direction since 2020, but all legislative efforts thus far have stalled out.
In February, the Georgia Senate passed SB 386, which now awaits action in the House before possibly coming before voters on the November ballot.
The bill would put the Georgia Lottery in charge of the sports betting industry and allow up to operator licenses.
